Santiago

Good afternoon Professor and classmates, In this opportunity I will talk about one of my favorite city:

Santiago by night, seen from the hill Pochoco

 Santiago I was born in Santiago in 1989 and I have always lived here. I know other metropolis such as: Lima, Asunción, Montevideo, etc. But I like Santiago more because Santiago is clean, safe and beautiful. I enjoy walking in the park, going to the shopping and a lot of other things.  I use the cycle paths for cycling every night. I really like Santiago and other cities do not have cycle paths. Also I like the culture Latino Americana, because the people are nice.

Also I like going to parties in Bellavista because is a cool place where you meeting with other peoples.          

I don’t like the stray dogs and Santiago is full of animals stray. The municipality should worry about this problem.

I don’t like the Santiago the segregation social, because the peoples are very classist and discriminate other people that are different.  There are a landmark that divided the population this is Plaza Italia. If you live up the street Vicuña Makenna you are rich and if you live down to the street you are poor.

 And the government should worry about the environmental contamination. Santiago is full of Smog.   

The changes that would in the city are: building more cycle paths, improve the public transport, castrate the stray animal,

I would say that visit a lot of beautiful place such as: Cerro San Cristobal, Park of La Reina, Cerro Santa Lucia, Forestal Park, the museums, The Park Panul, etc. And They are safe in Santiago because is the city most safe in Latinoamerica.
